We love our family, and love spending time with each other! With that being said, we are available M-F for you. We will try our best to respond to you within 24 hours during the business week. If you have a need that arises on the weekend, please email us, but know that we won't get to it until Monday. We want to serve you the best we can.

SHIPPING
While the pandemic has slowed things down tremendously with all shipping carriers, we will do our absolute best to get products to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
We do not offer returns or exchanges HOWEVER, if you receive a product that is misprinted/damaged/defective, please reach out to us at help@twochicksandasteakknife.com within 10 days after the product has been received and we will do our best to take care of you. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
